Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Goods


By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions,

All Items are sold on a “Trade Only” basis so no retail sales whatsoever. You will need to be registered business, or a sole trader with business.

Explanatory text, images and videos on the site are for information and guidance only and do not form part of any contract between us.

All communication must be in the English language.


All of the products are handmade or 3D printed in-house. By ordering a product we will bespoke make the item for your sole purpose, so please be aware these are NOT mass produced items, Essentially they are MADE TO ORDER.

For 3D printed items, we will endeavour to supply the item in the colour shown in the product photograph. However, sometimes filaments are not available in specific colours and we may need to manufacture the item using an alternative colour.

Items are extensively being quality checked and designs modified constantly, so small variations may occur if necessary.


Business is by mail order only. Goods may not be collected. We do not have trade counter.

We will supply goods to your billing address only as a security measure. Your billing address must match the address registered to your payment method.

We supply to the United Kingdom, mainland postal addresses only. WE DO NOT SHIP TO IRELAND at the present time, unless authorised prior to shipping. Where free shipping or shipping charges are quoted, these apply to these areas.

We will ship to anywhere in the world, but rates will be calculated before ordering. Contact us for the shipping charge before ordering.

Shipping will be by a Royal Mail signed-for service ON ALL ITEMS.

We aim to dispatch in 5 business days. We are not responsible for delays in the postal service. Please allow extra time for delivery at weekends and around public holidays. If a schedule or timescale is needed please allow extra time when ordering. If any items are lost or not delivered, please allow 5 business days for delays before contacting us.


We accept payment by PayPal and by BACS. PayPal payments can be by your PayPal balance or by your credit or debit card. You don’t have to have a PayPal account to be able to pay by PayPal. Payments by BACS must clear before goods will be sent.

All items remain the property of Dr PiPe until funds have cleared, and thus will not be shipped.

We are not VAT registered and prices are not subject to the addition of VAT.


You must get in touch within 7 days of delivery in the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty. Please send photos and part numbers and a full description of the issue. All items and disputes will be settled at the discretion of Dr PiPe.

If an item is faulty or damaged we may in certain circumstances ask for the item to be returned to us for analysis. The customer will need to return the item to Dr PiPe.
